Anil is a senior executive with extensive experience in startups and large public companies. He has built, grown and sold several companies as a CEO/GM in software, storage, network and semiconductors markets. His career spans Fortune 500 companies such as Intel and Western Digital as well as startups such as Aristos Logic and OakGate Technology, both of which were acquired by large public companies. Anil not only has a strong engineering background, he possesses a unique business acumen to see the big picture and also drive day to day operations required to be successful. His long career with companies in the US which encompasses multiple expatriate assignments building offshore development centers gives Anil the perfect credentials to lead Excolo.

Vipul spent first half of his career with Fortune 500 companies and the second half building start-ups. He co-founded multiple technology companies and played a pivotal role from early stages to successful exists. Most recently, he headed marketing and business development at OakGate Technology, a start-up that became the world’s largest provider of SSD test platforms. Prior to that, Vipul co-founded Aristos Logic, an enterprise storage start-up whose customers included IBM and Apple. Vipul spent nearly twenty years at Western Digital in a variety of management positions in engineering, marketing, sales and product planning.

With 30 years+ of experience, Joe spent half his career with a Fortune 500 company and then on to early start-ups focused on the sales of storage systems, networks and solid state devices. He has managed teams of over 60 people as well as being one of the first five members of a new company to spearhead customer engagement efforts. At Storage Technology Corporation, Joe was one of the youngest employees in the company to be appointed as a Vice President, instrumental in the growth of the company from $150M to over $2B in revenue during his tenure. His sales success continued with startups from Vixel Corp (acquired by Emulex Corp), to Aristos Logic (acquired by Adaptec) to Oakgate Technology (acquired by Teledyne LeCroy). Joe has experienced all facets of the customer engagement process including direct and indirect sales, sales management, market strategies and positioning, business development and contract negotiation.

Vipul has spent over 25 years in building and managing global teams working on innovative cutting edge technologies in various domains. He has been part of global executive leadership teams in technology companies including ASIC, Biotech, networking and storage firmware and software. Vipul has played key roles as change agent in adopting industry best practices and improving upon them to achieve efficiency delivering scale of operations and quality.
